Kaveh Sadeghi, MD

Board Certified in Family Medicine

Kaveh Sadeghi, MD, attended Montgomery College and University of Maryland Baltimore County for his undergraduate Degree. He received his Medical Degree from American University of the Caribbean in 2006. Then, completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Buffalo, Niagra Falls, where he served as Chief Resident in 2009-2010. He offers a strong Medical knowledge in the management of chronic diseases and focuses on providing a friendly and family-oriented environment. Starting his practice in 2010, Dr. Sadeghi has become one the most sought-after doctors in his field.

Katayoun Khosravani, MD

Board certified in preventative care

Katayoun Khosravani, M.D. graduated from Iran university of Medical Sciences. She specializes in preventative medicine. She has been with Primary Medicine, LLC since 2017. She has an extensive medical background in Public Health and Research. Her main focus in women’s health, Weight loss consultation and support, nutrition, and chronic diseases. Dr. K believes that the relationship between doctor and patient contributes significantly to the quality of care delivered and received, and has built her experience on this fundamental belief. She is eager to provide excellent patient care to the families in Lanham and it surrounding areas. 

Rointan Farahi-Far, MD

Internal Medicine

Rointan Farahi-Far, M.D. graduated from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in Shiraz, Iran in 1980. He completed his Surgical and Internal Medicine Residency at Prince George’s Hospital in Cheverly, MD. Since 1993, Dr. Farahi- Far has served as the Hospitalist for different hospitals in the area and has been trusted by many doctors to provide care for their patients. With over 30 year’s experience, Dr. Farahi-Far continues to provide an exceptional level of care to all his patients.

Okechukwu Nwodim, DO

Family medicine

Dr. Okechukwu Nwodim was born in Nigeria. She is a graduate of Coppin State University and University of London. She obtained her medical degree at University of West Virginia School of Osteopathic medicine. She completed her residency at Ohio Valley Medical Center. While attending West Virginia School of Osteopathic she trained and volunteered on several medical missions for Nigeria and Belize with the Hands and Hearts for Christ foundation. Dr. Nwodim has over 27 years of experience in family medicine, with special interest in Osteopathic medicine. She is a member of several professional organizations including American Association of Osteopathic Physicians Association and American Medical Association. Dr. Nwodim enjoys playing the piano, swimming, watching movies and spending time with her

Meegan Chestnut, MD

Board Certified in Family medicine

Meegan C. Chestnut, MD is a >10 practicing Board Certified Internal Medicine physician. She hails from Columbia South Carolina where she attended University of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. She worked as a nuclear Engineer for Duke Energy through the Minority Professional Association Internship Program. She subsequently attended Wayne State University School of Medicine and obtained her Doctor of Medicine. From 2007-2010 she was trained in Internal Medicine through the MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Residency Program. After completing her residency she was invited to and stayed on for a Chief Residency year. After her chief resident year was complete, she remained a part of MedStar for 2 ½ years as an academic faculty member of MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Internal Medicine Residency Program. She was also asked and accepted two additional roles as Sheppard Clinic Associate Medical Director and the Medical Director of MedStar Union Memorial Hospital Anticoagulation Clinic.

Joleen Liburd, DO

board certified in family medicine

Dr. Liburd completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University majoring in Pre Med and Human Development. In 2010, she obtained her Doctorate of Osteopathy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is an active member of The American Academy of Family Physicians, The American Osteopathic Association, The American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and The American Medical Association. Dr. Liburd is an experienced Physician with a demonstrated history of working in Emergency and Hospital care, peer review, clinical research, and patient advocacy. She specializes in Family Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys interior design, traveling, swimming, and spending time with friends and family.

Cleopatra Kulasi​

CRNP

Cleopatra Kulasi, C.R.N.P. joined Primary Medicine in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Shenandoah University in 2010 and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Bowie State University in 2019. N.P. Kulasi is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Regina W. Girdharry

Operations Manager

Regina has been a part of the Primary Medicine team since 2014. She is responsible for the overall business operations.  Regina received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix majoring in Healthcare Administration. She has over 10 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant and is also a licensed Realtor in the state of Maryland.  Her professionalism and leadership skills have greatly contributed to the development and success of Primary Medicine, LLC. 

Wendy Menjivar

Office Manager

Wendy Menjivar graduated from TESST College of Technology in Beltsville, MD, in 2010. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy technologist. In 2016 she joined Primary Medicine LLC in Laurel, MD. Recognized for her excellence, in 2022 she was promoted to the role of Office Manager. Wendy proudly oversees the Crofton and Greenbelt locations. 

Latoya Manley

Office Manager

Latoya Manley graduated from Fortis College in 2012. She joined Primary Medicine in 2017. Latoya is a Certified Medical Assistant and has many years of experience in both administrative and clinical management. She is very passionate about healthcare and patient advocacy.  Latoya happily oversees the Laurel location.

Kishawna Bryant

Office Manager

Kishawna Bryant joined the Primary Medicine Management team in December of 2019. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field.  Kishawna is a friendly dedicated office management professional that oversees a wide range of administrative, technical and day to day management responsibilities in the Pikesville and Glen Burnie locations.
