Kaveh Sadeghi, MD

Board Certified in Family Medicine

Kaveh Sadeghi, M.D., attended Montgomery College and University of Maryland Baltimore County for his undergraduate Degree. He received his Medical Degree from American University of the Caribbean in 2006. Then, completed his residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Buffalo, Niagra Falls, where he served as Chief Resident in 2009-2010. He offers a strong Medical knowledge in the management of chronic diseases and focuses on providing a friendly and family oriented environment. Starting his practice in 2010, Dr. Sadeghi has become one the most sought after doctors in his field.

Rointan Farahi-Far, MD

Internal Medicine

Rointan Farahi-Far, M.D. graduated from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in Shiraz, Iran in 1980. He completed his Surgical and Internal Medicine Residency at Prince George’s Hospital in Cheverly, MD. Since 1993, Dr. Farahi- Far has served as the Hospitalist for different hospitals in the area and has been trusted by many doctors to provide care for their patients. With over 30 year’s experience, Dr. Farahi-Far continues to provide an exceptional level of care to all his patients.

Katayoun Khosravani, MD

Internal Medicine

Katayoun Kohsravani, M.D. graduated from Iran university of Medical Sciences. She specializes in preventative medicine. She has been with Primary Medicine, LLC since 2017. She has an extensive medical background in Public Health and Research. Her main focus in women’s health, Weight loss consultation and support, nutrition, and chronic diseases. Dr. K believes that the relationship between doctor and patient contributes significantly to the quality of care delivered and received, and has built her experience on this fundamental belief. She is eager to provide excellent patient care to the families in Lanham and it surrounding areas. 

Alireza Zarrabi, MD

Internal Medicine

Dr. Zarrabi earned his medical degree from SBUMS in Tehran, Iran. He did his post-doctoral fellowship in cardiovascular imaging at Texas Heart Institute in Houston, Texas. Dr. Zarrabi published many articles in this field in prestigious medical journals as author and co-author and presented his research findings in multiple international meetings. He finished his residency in internal medicine at MedStar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore where he also served as Chief Medical Resident. In 2012, he received the Director’s Award for the best performance among all house staff. Dr. Zarrabi served as chair for the Chief Residents Association of Baltimore (under American College of Physician) from 2011 to 2012. He previously served as Baltimore area Lead Physician for telemedicine for Kaiser Permanente medical group.

Dr. Zarrabi was identified at “Top Doctor” by Baltimore magazine’s highly coveted list in 2015 and 2016.
Dr. Zarrabi believes in preventive and evidence-based medicine to promote healthy living among all his patients with years of experience in primary care and acute care.


Lt. Colonel Leonard A. Richardson, MD

Internal Medicine

Lt. Colonel Leonard A. Richardson, M.D. an internist, a flight surgeon and pilot, attended the Howard University College of Medicine from 1989 to 1995 and graduated with a MD degree. he then joined the United States Air Force where he served with distinction and received many awards and decoration. 

He is the current President of Monumental City Medical Society in Baltimore, Maryland, an affiliate of the National Medical Association. He is also the President and founding member of the former Maryland Physician’s Group. Dr. Richardson interests include preventative care, and treatment of chronic disease (hypertension, diabetes, and hyperglycemia. 

Regina Williams

Practice Manager

Regina has been a part of the Primary Medicine team since 2014.  She started her career in 2008, studying Medical Assisting at Sanford Brown College. She then studied Health Administration at University of Phoenix. Regina serves as the General Manager in all locations.

Her professionalism and leadership skills have greatly contributed to the development and success of Primary Medicine, LLC.
